What is a prepaid wireless plan?

With prepaid wireless plan, you don’t have to sign-up for a contract and you don’t have to pay for a fixed monthly subscription fee. It is a convenient and cost-effective solution for mobile users who wish to use their phone based on actual usage and on the budget. Prepaid wireless users load airtime minutes on an as-needed basis and on how much he is willing to spend for a given time. There are no contracts, no monthly fees, no service tax or any other hidden charges.

How can I purchase wireless refills?

First you need to know your current mobile plan. Choose the appropriate plan from the product list and make sure to select your desired delivery option: (1) PIN via email or (2) direct loading of minutes to your phone. Add the product to cart and then proceed to checkout for payment details, order review and order submission. After successful submission of the order, you will receive a confirmation email that we received your order. We will send another email with the PIN info once the order is completed. For load-to-phone products, you will also receive an order receipt email confirming that we have successfully loaded the minutes to your phone. 

How long will it take to receive my refill after I place my order

We process orders within 24 hours upon receipt. For some orders, a phone verification may be necessary as part of our Secure Transaction Policy. In this case, we will contact you through your billing phone number indicated in your payment details. Phone verification is within our business hours, between 9:30am and 12:00am EST Mon-Fri 10am-10pm  EST Sat-Sun.

How do I receive my refill?

If you ordered for a PIN, we will send the PIN info via email and you just have to follow the loading instructions to activate the minutes on your phone. Please note that your account balance will not be replenished unless you load the PIN to your phone and you get a confirmation that the PIN was successfully activated. We do not load the refill PIN to the phone unless you contact us for assistance.

If you ordered for a Load-to-Phone product, we will automatically load the minutes to the phone you provided in the order details. You will also receive an email notification from us confirming that we have successfully loaded the minutes to your phone.

Do you ship the physical wireless refill card?

No. We only deliver refill PIN(s) digitally via email or directly to the phone.

What are my payment options?

For payments, we accept any valid Master, Visa, Discover or Amex credit cards.

I was charged but did not receive my PIN?

Please make sure to check your Bulk/Spam/Junk folder for the email notifications containing the refill PIN info, loading instructions and order details. Also, please verify that the email address you used to register is valid and spelled correctly.  If you have verified your email address is correct and you did not receive our emails from your any of your mail folders, please contact us for assistance.
